For those C-Stores that don’t have pay-at-the-pump, there will normally be a standard stand-alone terminal, printer and pin pad. If a store has an existing stand-alone terminal, the process for setting up the location is identical to setting up a standard retail business, with the exception of the differences in card types (Voyager®, and Wright Express®).

For a stand-alone solution, Bancard USA supports the Tranz 380, Hypercom T7P, and the Omni 3750. If the owner wishes to accept fleet cards, he or she must have a pin pad that is properly encrypted.
