Bancard USA's goal is one-call resolution with no hold times. Our responsiveness allows its merchants to get back to their business quickly. Merchant Services is available from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Pacific time), Monday through Friday, at 1-866-888-BUSA (2872). Outside of these hours, callers may leave voice mail messages for a return call the next business day before 9:00 a.m. (Pacific time), and requests for research or assistance may be faxed to 1-425-226-6749 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
